HoneSmith is operated by HoneSmith Ventures LLC. This policy is written the way we’d want to read one: plainly.
What we collect
When you contact us — by email, phone, text, or through this site — we collect what you give us: typically your name, contact information, company, service needs, and property or service-area details relevant to your request.
How we use it
To respond to your request, provide our services, and communicate with you about them by phone, text, or email. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How it is stored and processed
Pilot requests are stored in HoneSmith’s hosted database and may be sent to service providers that help us operate the request, including our CRM, communications, hosting, and payment providers. They process the information for HoneSmith; we do not give it to them for their own marketing.
Mobile information and SMS consent
HoneSmith does not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that support message delivery and customer service, such as our messaging, telecommunications, and CRM providers. Those providers may use the information only to provide services to HoneSmith.
All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This restriction applies even where another part of this policy permits information sharing.
Customer conversations
When HoneSmith handles lead conversations on behalf of a client business, the information collected (names, numbers, job details, conversation records) is delivered to that business and used to provide the service — nothing more.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text messages can be stopped by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. For anything else, email hello@honesmith.com.
