If you separately opt in, HoneSmith may send informational and customer-care text messages about your pilot request, including application follow-up, scheduling, setup updates, and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your request and activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, HoneSmith may send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit the website form and select the optional SMS consent box, or otherwise enroll through a HoneSmith-approved opt-in method.

For help, reply HELP or email hello@honesmith.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. HoneSmith and its messaging providers will operate the program in accordance with applicable telecommunications laws, carrier requirements, and industry standards.
